Aussie experts confirm SIDS breakthrough

An Australian-led study has confirmed a lack of serotonin was a common factor with babies who die from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Of the 250 toxic chemicals found in secondhand (or “passive”) smoke, at least 50 are known to cause cancer.
