Teenagers who use tobacco in Bellefonte could be facing a hefty fine the next time they light up. Borough Council unanimously voted Monday night to approve an ordinance that makes it illegal for anyone younger than 18 to use or possess tobacco, in any form, within the borough limits. The state has registered 171 complaints since the smoking ban in restaurants and bars went into effect Jan. 2. One of those complaints was at a Burlington bar. The complaint was made Monday against Cuz’s Tavern, at 1532 N.
