Body dysmorphia sufferer Lily Allen has taken her top off for Harpers Bazaar Russia, accessorizing with devil horns and a cigarette.

This is not the first time Lily has bared her nipples on the pages of a magazine. She says she views her naked self as “a funny looking thing,” but her boyfriend thinks that’s a good thing.
